Hi everyone has any one had any problems with purchasing Vision Rider merchandise? I ordered a t shirt back on April 14th, paid by Pay Pal and have yet to receive the shirt. I have sent several email to the addresses listed on the web site and no one has responded to me. Does any one have a phone number that I can use to see what is going on? Has anyone had a similar experience?

Hey nice rides... send me a PM.. as I have received no email from you, and all orders ship usually within 24 hours of receipt of payment or less.

I think we're having issues with stuff going to Canada. Not sure why, but Miles is looking into it. I've heard from other vendors that the shipping on some things can be the stickler. It can be almost 2x the shipping cost on some big items. It has to do with a tariff I think. Again, I don't profess to know this for sure, just what I've heard.

So far what I have learned (shipping internationally since 2001) it's not price, postal system or anything else. Random items coming into Canada get tagged to have Customs look at it... That's fine, expected, not a problem. Unfortunately a quick google on the topic will reveal it can take upwards of TWO MONTHS for someone at customs to actually look at the package because they are so backed up, and... to add insult to injury, in that two months they sometimes loose things. It's a situation unique to Canada and US as both are so large, and there are so many ways to ship, but ALL of the ways... end up at Customs. It's a little different when things go to lets say the UK. It all comes in via air, a couple or three locations, that's where customs is.... done.. I'm not making excuses for them... cause I deal with this nonsense daily... they need to build a better mouse trap. It doesn't take a genius to realize that with all the border crossings and all the airports in Canada, multiplied by all of the possible ways mail comes in (UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEX, etc etc etc..) and the amount of mail that comes in, there's no way any number of Customs offices and people can handle the load in a timely manner.

For me and my business, it's the cost of doing business... we just re-ship after a reasonable waiting period to insure it's not just "delayed."

I must say, after my original post, Miles contacted me right away and was looking into the situation on my behalf.
Thanks Miles for your help and assistance.
