Posts: 1324 So Cal | The Sony CD changer that Victory sells for $400 looks to be available through Sony for $160. Anyone know if the harness connector will fit? I have tried to find the Sony changer around this area, but they are all but obsolete because of mp-3 players. But I have this empty connector under the trunk and figured, "what the hell" if the $160 version works, thats not a bad price. It does play mp-3 discs. 10 discs with approx. 11 hrs. of music each. Thats a lot of music. |

Posts: 1324 So Cal | I cant see Sony making a major connector change just to accommodate Victory. Especially on something that is loosing popularity. But you never know?
I know my dealer has one in stock. Finding the time to get out there and check the model numbers on the unit this time of year will be the hard part. I could just order from Sony and if it doesnt work, return it. But that takes time I dont have right now, also. |

| Has anyone checked with Crutchfield? They are pretty good about if systems work across the board. It's only a 1-800-call if they say no or don't know. Knowing Crutchfield they probably know of an adapter. |

Posts: 1324 So Cal | yeah, I looked at Crutchfield online. Thats where I got the $160 price. The cdx-575(?) is the only 10 disc changer sony makes. It looks just like the one in the Victory catalog. |
