PIAA Light Bulb Replacement

Anyone have information on the correct bulb for replacement on the Vision PIAA lights. The PIAA part # on the bulb package is 70215 hope that helps . So much brighter that I have to turn them off at night & use the HID instead to keep from blinding oncoming traffic. BTW I've re-aimed them 3 different times but still can't keep from blinding oncoming traffic at night.
