Barefoot Bay, FL United States | Howdy Folks, Been a while since I posted, but my 2008 Vision w/113K+ has some exhaust issues. Looking to upgrade to CFR's or cherry bomb's (thrush ?). Who did y'all go to, to get the CFR's? Can't find them online that fit. Also what is the header pipe size so I get the right fit on the inlet end of the cherry bomb or the CFR? Did you have to use an adapter? Thanks all, witchbiker 2008 Vic Vis 113K lots 'O lights !! |

Jasper, MO | The inlet size on my stock mufflers measures 2 3/16 inch.

Perry Hall, MD | I used the cherry bombs for a while, but found them to be too loud on long rides.

Mossyrock, WA | I did the Magnaflow muffler mod inside the stock muffler can. Not as easy as the YouTube video but for 20k miles I still like the sound. |

| I'm doing Thrushes inside the stock cans, splitting the cans, then removing everything, back together and stitched up, working out alright so far, got the right side done..

Perry Hall, MD | Great to hear about members doing their own mods. While I ended up going back to stock for a quieter long distance ride, I did prefer this mod for around town riding. You're causing me to think about designing a cutout system to have the best of both worlds.
