New York State | I would not reccomend that. I have a chrome dash on my Triumph and it looks great but the glare from time to time is painful |

Richmond, Virginia | Are you talking about chroming the center console that surrounds your stereo, switches etc or chroming the bezel surround that
covers your gauges? Keep in mind, you cannot chrome plastic. I chromed my gas cap on my black Kingpin and when I ride it in the middle of the day, i have to cover it with my left hand or a piece of tint because it blinds me looking forward.
Im with Trekwolf, not a good idea, Newtons law... beauty will turn to chaos at exactly the right moment it should,,, usually staring straight ahead.... suggestion, chrome something else or re-design your center console like many of us are doing. You can at least get rid of the brushed aluminum surround on the center console. |

It's just some of us want to personalize our Visions. My guess is that 95% of all Vision owners love their bikes just the way Polaris made it! |

| To each his own, but with the tall windshield and my height it would be a very bad thing to do. I had mine powdercoated "black" to reduce the glare from the brushed aluminum.
I do think it would look good though. |

And after considering the more practical side of things, ie glare, I will probably paint it black as well instead of chroming. In any case, nothing will happen until I have had a chance to enjoy the bike for awhile....3 days until it is shipped out of the factory |

Prescott Valley, AZ | I'm having my center console painted black (as well as the grill and windshield panel) and am really hoping that cures the glare. I've spoken to a couple other Vision owners and they tell me that is a good move. I'll let everyone know the outcome as soon as I get it back and have a ride or two under my belt.

| Yes, you can't chrome plastic but it can be treated to be just like chromed. Advanced Plating did a plastic piece for me and it came out beautiful. I would ask them if they could do it in black chrome? I think the black chrome would not give the glare but would give a great luster?

It won't be cheap but they do show quality work. I have been very pleased with everything thing they have done for me.

I like it too and would like to get a similar look on the pipes and heads.

LONDONDERRY NH | I replaced the chrome plastic dash bezel with the one off the 09 Ness Vision which is black-cuts down the glare on the windshield and it only cost $29 |
