Posts: 34 Bloomfield, NJ United States | I purchased a 2016 Blue Victory Vision about 3 months ago and I'm having problems buying accessories. According to Victory's website Quite a few of the accessories for the Vision do not fit the 2016 model, but does fit the 2015's. I believe Victory hasn't updated their website. I purchased the Service manual and it says that this manual is for models 2012 through 2016.
Does anyone know if there are any differences between the 2015 and 2016 models?
Will everything available for the 2015 model fit on the 2016?
I wanted to buy the Lower Wind Deflector 2876259 and to buy shorter wind screens.
Does anyone know if this wind deflector fit on the 2016?
Does the wind screens from a 2015 fit on a 2016?

| Should be no problem. There have been few if any cosmetic changes since 08. |

there are a few places that sell windshields. I have a Ness flip I really like it. But its dark tinted and hard to see threw at night not good for country road nights. |

Correct. And those few changes mostly had to do with the ABS braking addition.
They are slow to update their website.

Posts: 34 Bloomfield, NJ United States | Thanks everyone. You confirmed my suspicions.
I tried calling them, but they keep telling me to call the dealer for that is where they get all of their information. If this is true, then where does the dealer get their information from. You would think the manufacturer would know more about there products than the dealer.
I purchased the service manual. I needed the wiring diagrams. They are total unreadable. I called Victory and guess what they told me. Yes, "Call the dealer." I explained that they produced the unreadable book; they didn't want to here it.
I absolutely love my machine, but the customer service actually scares me.
PS. If anyone need actual Victory parts cheap (about 20% off) check out this site.

When I put mine on, I followed the instructions exactly, not getting in a hurry. They said to clean the area well, then clean it again with rubbing alcohol to remove any wax and dirt. I cleaned the areas with alcohol three times. I then mounted the brackets using the double sided tape provided, and waited 24 hours before moving anything. They are still stuck on there 8 years later.

Posts: 34 Bloomfield, NJ United States | OK, I just received my Lower Wind Deflectors. I opened it up and tried to align the deflector with the template. It doesn't line up. If you position the one hinge between the 2 holes, the other hinge is off and it is not even parallel to the holes.
Has anyone have this problem and what did you do about it? |

| As I recall, the template was a challenge to align. |

Even though they appear to be the same at first glance, the hinges are specific to left side, right side, top, and bottom. There are compound curves that have to be matched up.
They will line up.

Posts: 34 Bloomfield, NJ United States | I mounted mine last weekend. Those templates are a joke. The top and bottom ones don't even come close to aligning. I used a ruler to get the bottom ones in the same place and then I rotates the panel until the both tops ended up in the same place. I marked the outline of each hinge with a erasable marker before I glued them in place.
They look great.
Thanks, everyone, for your help.
