That's not good news for any of us, whether we ride a Harley or a Victory or drive a car or pickup truck with a tuner installed. Government overreach again.

| I don't understand cause harleys tuner is call race tuner. so if the customer says I'm going racing and doesn't how can that be haley's fault.

Yep. That was my point. Government is out to screw us all, whether you ride Harley, Victory, Kawasaki, Suzuki, etc, or drive a car or a pickup truck. If you do anything to improve your machine, they are after you.
The EcoNazis would rather you just walk everywhere anyway.
Remember, this attack against Harley follows the recent one against Volkwagen.
