I am trying to register my personally imported Vision in Europe, can someone please advise where it is located (better still post an image) of this for me to show the relevant authorities.

It is located on top of the main backbone of the frame. Open both your fuel door and the glove box door and then lift up the triangular piece that is between the seat and the console and you'll see it.
