| As soon as I did my first test-sit on a Vision back in '08, I figured the same guy who designed my '85 K100/RT BMW did the Vision because the most obvious things I saw in the mirrors were the grips and my hands. The Vision mirrors are far larger and still fairly useful but I was wondering if anyone had ever added mirrors to the handlebars. It looks like there are mounting holes there. |

I have little blind spot mirrors on the outside lower part of my mirrors which help a lot. Over on the Victory Owners Group site, there is a thread where a vision pilot installed RV pods above the current mirrors. Perhaps a search for that thread might be in order?

| As I said before, the mirrors on my Vision are a lot larger than on my beemer but with the camper behind me I suspect another set of mirrors, higher up, would be a vast improvement.

I mounted them on the upper outer edge of my existing mirrors works fine, they have a Blue tint to them. |

Yep. Several folks have. If you have a 2009 or later, just pop the plugs out of the holes in the reservoirs and use any of the factory mirrors for any of the other Victory models. Simple.
If you have a 2008 like me, there are no holes drilled, but some have drilled the bosses and used factory handlebar mirrors. Others have just used clamp on RV towing mirrors above the regular mirrors. That's what I did. Works very good since all four mirrors are in the same plane. I can see very well behind me. I copied that idea from Don.

They simply clamp on and almost look like they were made for the Vision.

I did those not long after I got the bike. Actually, they are still installed, but the large clamp on RV mirrors that Don so kindly pictured for us are INFINITELY more effective.
I agree with Don's statement that they nearly double what you you can see behind you. The blind spot directly behind you is gone. The blind spots on the sides are also pretty much gone. I didn't even realize the blind spots on the sides were as big as they are until the new mirrors provided a good view behind.
Thanks Don.

| I think I've seen the same mirrors before myself. I looked at them when I still had the beemer and voted against buying them because they were a bit larger than the mirrors housing on that bike. |

Posts: 2118 Pitt Meadows, BC Canada | Here's a look so you can see the size. Also, there is nothing showing that you can see of the mounting bracket - it slips under the metal above the stock mirror.

| I like it. I'll definitely check my local auto parts stores but I know I've seen them somewhere in my travels.
