Posts: 141 Cumming, GA | "Happy New Year" to all you Vision Riders from North Georgia. I just returned from my first Vision ride of the year.
A little cool, but I have the Gerbing liner and gloves which make it toasty. Looking forward to a good riding year.

Posts: 320 Savannah, GA -Year round riding!! Yay! | Backatcha, Bob! Same here. I hadn't been able to ride for a about 2 weeks, between the holidays, company, etc., so it was a great 130 miles. Cold? No problem! I can work with the 37 degrees.... At least it wasn't wet! Here's to a healthy, happy 2009 to all!

Posts: 1158 Richmond, Virginia | You're lucky Bob, we were scheduled for our annual New Years day ride this morning. i had ordered my heated liner from Gerbing's 2 weeks ago. She asked me on the phone to meausure my chest my arm length and what type of Motorcycle. Gave her the accurate info, and even questioned her as to the need for the dc plug adapter and correct size plug. I got my order just in time Tuesday !!
My jacket is 3-4 inches too short in the length and although they are supposed to be close fitting, the chest was too tight as well. The dc plug adapter would not fit the Visn .. therefore none of it worked We woke up this morning to 20degree temps outside and a high
today of 37 degrees. Being that Riding air temp is 15-20degrees below actual outside temp, we decided that it was just too darn cold
to do the ride. Was hoping for fun, got to sleep in instead, in the bigger scheme of things, its not a huge deal.
