I recently purchased an awesome 07 Hammer with "49/100" in very small print in the lower rear of the fuel tank. There is information inside one of the side covers that indicates it was a factory custom paint job. Does the number indicate that there are 99 more out there with identical paint? I'm new to this brand but this bike is a keeper. I feel a step above our American made competitor.

Yes, it was probably the custom paint done by House of Kolor. Victory teamed up with with them.

Thanks. I recently purchased this bike from the original owner who bought it new in 2010. Not sure why this awesome machine sat unsold for 3 years. I'm in Northern Minnesota, just trying to get a better understanding of what I'm riding.

In 2008, Victory announced a program where you could send 2006, 2007, and 2008 tins back for limited edition custom paint jobs from house of kolor. The jobs were limited to 100. There were some options like torn skulls, blue hammer.

That is a great looking paint scheme. You don't see many of the numbered custom paint bikes come on the market.

Posts: 196 Asheville, NC | Congrats on your bike. My father was in the USAF and I had the pleasure of living in Finland, Mn outside of Silver Bay in my youth. Memories from there are not forgotten. Move SOUTH, ride more. |

I'm right on the Canadian border. Moved here from Huntington Beach, California. Yeah. I know. What was I thinking? I love it here, although riding season is pretty short. When we get a nice day, it's either go for a ride or get out on the boat. Rainy Lake is a beautiful lake, BUT..... long story short......the boat is gone! The bike is a Rock Star. I don't know man, but it sure seems like it's got more torque than any Harley I've been on.
