Posts: 167 , OH | IT'S SO MUCH EASIER IF YOU BRING THE SPEAKERS IN FROM THE BACK SIDE AND NOT TRY TO CUT AND MAKE THEM FIT FROM THE FRONT SIDE. USE NUTS AND BOLTS. IF YOU HAVE A DEEP SPEAKER USE A SPACER BETWEEN THE SPEAKER AND THE BIKE THEN SEAL THE SPEAKER AND SPACE. A LOT LESS CUTTING. 1/8" MAYBE. I HAD TO TRIM THE SIDE WALL OF THE SPEAKER HOUSING SO IT FIT HOWEVER DID NOT HURT THE SPEAKER. DROPPED RIGHT IN. HAVNT FOUND A SPEAKER YET THAT WONT FIT.
I NOW RUN HERTZ BIGGIES IN THERE WITH NO ISSUES. AMP (1) 400X4 ON THE GAS TANK, AMP (2) AND (3) IN EACH BAG FOR THE REAR HERTZ SPEAKERS IN THE BAGS AND TRUNK.
