Has anyone installed the Stebel Air Horn on their Vision. If so, is it substantially louder and was the install fairly easy.

Has anyone mounted this horn without building a special bracket?

Which Stebel Air Horn are you talking about, the Nautilus? What type of mounting is required, where can I buy the horn for how much?

Got mine from my dealer who did the install. I think the tech had to rig up a heavier-duty bracket for mounting, as the stock mount wouldn't handle the extra weigh of the Stebel horn. Cost = $49.95 + sales tax for the horn. Install cost = 1/2 hour @ $62.50

I had one on my Honda Valkyrie and for the money, I thought it was a great deal. Plenty loud and a fairly easy install. I think I paid $39.95 but it was black. They have chromed models now I think for $10 more.

Mounted stebel in stock horn location. I used a piece of 1/8" thick steel strapping and bent it 90 degrees to enable horn to stand up vertically. only required some extra wire, wired fuse, relay and some asst connectors.... 1/2 hour job for even someone scared of electricity like me.
