Subject: GPS Cable cleanup

Those of us that are using the Tourtech GPS have the cable disconnected when not in use. What do you do with the loose end. I put the plastic cover on and tuck it in the crack between the gas cover and the middle panel. Anyone else do something cleaner?

Is it the Garmin? I drilled a hole in the console between the GPS mount U Shape and fed the cable down through the console and hooked it up. When the GPS is off, I put on the plastic cover and it only sticks out about 2 inches and can be tucked back under the mount very cleanly.

Someone posted a picture of this installation but not sure where without doing a search.

This may not help with your current set-up but gives you an idea of how to conceal most of the cable.
