Well , I was at my dealer today and finally got the news that my radio needs to be changed, the CB version is 4.08 and you can't reflash the radio for the CB.I guess "us" people with 08s are working out the bugs for the 09s,still love this scooter!

Good luck getting a new radio though. I have had one on order for about 2 months now, with no idea of when it will arrive. All I hear from Victory is that its back ordered, and they won't provide a time when it will be available. At least the bike is running great, so I can't complain.

Why is it Victory does not keep up with supply? It's been a year and we still have to wait for parts,I really didn't want to hear I might have to wait two months or more on a radio that should have been right the first time, along with my chrome forks I paid for when I bought the prem. package and they gave me 250.00 for my trouble.Like I said , we're working out the bugs for the 09 Vision for the people who waited.I figured two weeks for the radio and you've been waiting two months so far, love the bike,Victory "big wigs"are not on the "ball",can't blame the dealers since the company isn't supporting them.Did I mention I love the bike.

So, can I just look on my CB somewhere to find the version, or is this software you're
talking about. Got mine in Dec 08, so can't be too current. Have my trunk off right now
so was hoping to be able to check it on the rack.
