Posts: 38 San Diego, California | I installed the Garmin Tourtech today and have a wire left over. It's a single blue wire on the left side while sitting on the bike. I checked out the components and I think it's for the HID light. Anyone have a wire manual? |

Posts: 293 Arkansas | One of the grip heater switch wires is blue. I think brown goes to the front, and blue to the rear. The power wire with the white plug goes to the third terminal at 90deg angle to the others. The first two wires have black plugs if I recall correctly. |

Posts: 261 Sugar Land, TX (Outside of Houston) | Agree it could be the Grip Heater. I draw a color code of the wire placements everytime i remove the console, because Alzheimers seems to be setting in and I am a visual person.
Also - You sure it is not the Aux connector for an IPod cable or Aux plug?
