San Antonio, TX | The International Motor Cycle Show is in Houston, Texas starting Friday November 21 to Sunday November 23, 2008.

On Saturday morning November 22, 2008 at 7:30 AM, I will be meeting some friends at the Petro Truck stop at Ackerman and IH10. We will leave there at 7:45 AM for the show in Houston. The truck stop is the first exit past Loop 410 on IH 10.
Please let me know if you want to join on the ride. Everyone is welcome to tag along.

Sugar Land, TX (Outside of Houston) | If I could convince my Fiancee' we needed to go to the IMS before we leave on our Honeymoon Saturday (We are getting hitched Friday Night the 21st), I would be there on the Vision. And she would probably be with me (On her Suzuki).
Not sure how it will turn out yet but my Grooms cake is going to be a 2D Cake of a Vision Tour that they are doing from scratch from a picture, I will share photos after I get back from the Honeymoon.
Have fun at the IMS and "Welcome to Houston"

San Antonio, TX | I went to the Houston IMS show last year and had a great time. Victory was there with their fleet of demo Visions and I got to ride a Vision for the first time.
I am looking into getting another motorcycle in a few years for short trips and around town. I like the Victory Vegas Low and Kingpin Low but I keeping an open mind.
This past weekend I went to a HD dealer that had HD's fleet of demo bikes to ride. I rode the Fat Bob and the Rocker. I was cramped up on the foot pegs of the Fat Bob. I really went to ride the Rocker. I like the styling but I wanted to know how it rides. Compared to the Vision the Fat Bob shook like a wet Chihuahua in a snowstorm but the Rocker was smoother.
I am looking forward to riding the Victory Vegas Low and Kingpin Low in eight days to see how the other half lives. If they let me keep riding I hope that they have a demo 2009 Jackpot so I can check out the Stage 2 106 Freedom engine.

My wife and I will be celebrating Year 10 on nov. 21. And we will be going to the IMS on saturday. |

Austin, Texas | I've got a group of riders coming from Austin to the show as well. I'll be riding a Vision, while the others have a variety of other bikes. See ya'll there. |

Austin, Texas | I forgot to mention, the same show is in Dallas this weekend, so I can ride three hours north or wait a week and ride three hours east southeast. I may do both for grins. |
