Anyone use any of these products yet? I haven't had a chance, and was curious as to get some feedback.

Agree wholeheartedly.  I have nothing but good to say about Polaris and my dealer 'Wheels' in Fargo.

The last two harleys purchased would not even generate a free cap from the HD dealer!

I'm sure their margins are pretty tight though

Try it, go on the Victory website and post an inquiry "need help" email to them.. as they prompt us to do. You wont get any reaponse. Ive sent 7 of them between both of my Vics since Feb 08, not one response back to my questions. Its my only pet peeve is their post purchase customer service.... or total lack thereof

I got mine yesterday too. Looking forward to trying the products. The microfiber towel included, is the only type of cloth I use for cleaning and polishing the bike.

I agree with you John.  Wheels in Fargo, ND is top-notch as a dealer.  I also just received my little gift package from Victory and was very pleased.  When is the last time GM or Ford sent you anything after you bought their product?  I got the VRA packet as well with the pin, decal, and 1 year roadside assistance along with the membership to VRA.  I'm pretty sure I'll never need to use the roadside assistance card though.  The worse problem I've ever had on  a Victory was a broken clutch cable on the Hammer, but it never left me stranded.  I can't say the same for several guys I've ridden with who ride those "other" American bikes.  We seem to forget that everything mechanical can have problems, and the more complex the machines become, the more likely that is.

As far as a website response, how many thousands of people do you suppose post to those things?  I'm sure they don't have a hundred full-time people sitting there just waiting for someone to whine about a rattle in the dash on their new Vision or some other petty complaint.  Me?  I roll up my sleeves, fix the minor stuff and enjoy the ride.  My dealer takes care of the other stuff.  I'm very happy to have a state-of-the-art touring cruiser for a good deal less money than a comparable machine (at least as close as they can get) from the competition.

VaParadox, here you go bud (1-888-704-5290). This is the Vic customer support number. Probably still not much better than no answer for 4 weeks but at least you'll get some form of answer, lol.....

Mine arrived on Monday...didn't open it until today as I already knew what was in the box from reading about it on this forum.
I may get a chance to use it soon, just as I get ready to put my baby into hibernation for W@#$%r.
Yeah I know I couldn't even bring myself to spell it.

point wasnt how many people they have dedicated to we "whiners and rattlers" <-- which is pretty disrespectful since you dont know
what my concern was. However the point was dont offer a site to handle customers if you dont have people manning it.
If i built an emergency room to take care of you in case of an emergency and told you "come here when you need it" then didnt have anyone there working......... would you tell me "well stop whining and rattling and fix your own self" Doubtful.
