Posts: 1158 Richmond, Virginia | Ok, im now officially poor. 4,000 in chrome. So far ive replaced the rear valence, the rear exhaust tips (added tailgunner tips), chrome mirror covers, front windshield panel, license plate holder and the inner side piece under passenger seat. I attempted to replace the front panels on the fairing but i cannot reach the inner set of bolts so i put back on the ones i removed and will let the dealer do it. I am also not changing out the chrome panel that goes under the lighted Victory emblem on the sides. My dealer said it was a lot to disassemble, so Im letting them do that. Im waiting on the rear tip overs chromed, to arrive and I ordered the new Ness sound system. A lot of this was time consuming but relatively simple. I just took my time to not damage or scratch the bike or its parts just in order to get it done. Thanks to all of you who sent me photos of your bikes chromed, to help me decide what I wanted to do.
When you're out riding, if you become blinded, it might just be me !! I'll apologize in advance. I think after my purchase, chrome is now extinct....
