As JV said, remove dash bezel, front panel below the windshield, two bolts for each mirror, remove both speaker grilles, remove both speakers, remove plastic shield above fuse boxes so speaker baffles can be removed. Remove the light bulb plugs from both turn signal sockets. I had to remove both fuse box covers to be able to twist out the baffles. You should be able to remove the four bolts securing each turn signal assembly. It's a pain in the a$$! Pm me if you have any questions.

Fitted this afternoon, what a complete PIA to get to. Now I would like to change the bulbs out to LED's do you know the types I am looking for and is it possible to make both white daytime running lights in white and both flash amber each side as I intend exporting the bike to the UK when I return in the summer this year.

6mm allen and 10mm socket.. i just removed mine tonight.. (installing 6.5 speakers) for me what worked the best is using a 10mm socket but using a 1/4 inch ratchet set..

Just a thought on the inner bulbs, if I keep them single filament and just want to change them out as white only what bulb number do I need a 3057 and just plug it in?
