| Hi all,
Last winter I installed MBW's LED rear lights along with their flasher module.
Everything worked fine this past summer and didn't have anybody yelling "Use your blinker!".
The LED's worked so well I thought I would install LED's in the front this winter.
Long story shortened, MBW out or business. I remembered that MBW got their LED's from Radiantz.
Called Radiantz and got their front LED's and installed them per all the videos I have seen here on the internet.
Tested them before taking out the turn signal assemblies. Worked great !
Tested them after installing into assemblies. Worked great !
Tested them after putting assemblies back into the fairing. Worked great.
Went to show brother-in-law a few weeks later and all the turn signals, front and back stopped blinking !
The hazards lights still flash, front and back, but turn signals do nothing.
The parking/running lights ( single row of LEDs ) are on with or without headlights turned on.
It would seem that turn signal control unit decided to stop doing its job.
Does anyone have any thoughts as what to look at or what to test to help me find out what my problem might be?
I have not called Radiantz as yet and have not talked to Victory dealer either.
I thought I would try here first and hope someone knows what might have happened to cause
signals to stop blinking.
Thanks for your thoughts in advance. |

| sounds like you burned up the flasher. Did you add equalizer for the LED lights.

Posts: 3773 Pittsburgh, PA | I'll try and help ,I have the same lights as you . But right before I installed them I had a issues with my blinkers... TWICE. Day one of ownership on my 2011the blinker modular failed.. then a few years later only my 4 ways would work and nothing else .. for ME what I found to fix my situation was, disassembly of the turn signal switch... took it completely apart, used die-electric grease then reassembled and it worked!! I hope itso something this simple for you |

| Hey guys
I took the signal switch apart as suggested and found no problems.
As far as the flasher unit, as I mentioned in the original post I had purchased the flasher from MBW
and things worked fine.
Upon closer inspection of flasher unit I did find 2 pinched wires. I do not know how or why they got pinched but
repaired the damaged area and the signals are again working !!!
I traced the 2 wires to pins 13 and 14. When I looked them up in the schematics I found they were the inputs
for the signals. What are the chances ?
Thanks for your help, it helped point me in the right direction.
