Charleston, WV | O8 vision 43k, started fast idle around 42500only durnig warmup (above 2k), after warmup it idles at normal rpm Any ideas? |

SE Florida | I had the inlet boots separate from the aluminum plate on my 08 Vision and it caused a fast idle during warm up. An easy way to check for a vacuum leak is to spray carb cleaner around the boots with the engine running if you have a leak the rpm will change when you spray the cleaner. |

Jasper, MO | My boots on my 2008 also separated. They looked fine until you reached in with a fingernail and tugged at the rubber. It would pull away from the aluminum. It isn't supposed to.

| Yes Throttle body adapter plate had the same thing happen to mine its like 65 bucks.
