Puddle Jumper
Posts: 18 Austin, Texas | Okay, so I got the three bolts loosened and replaced the right side tip with the new Gatlin. I go to do the left side. I loosen (and get out) two of the bolts. The third (middle) bolt is not really gettng loose. Turns out the threaded collar on the original exhaust tip is just spinning with the bolt. I can't find an obvious way to keep the collar from spinning.
Any ideas on this one?

| remove the muffler cut the bolt head off. or "try" to cut the bolt head off while its on the bike, by using just the hack saw blade...
good luck.
