Posts: 447 Northeastern Penna. | What do the majority of us Vision owners all say-Despite some first year flubs, this is one GREAT bike and ONLY going to get better.Let's be realistic,I gurantee you all the other big touring bikes first year production models had their growing pains.
Despite some nay sayers, the Vision is and will continue to rank right up with the leader of the pack
and possibly be the leader. It already is among the American tourers.

| I'll go along with your post title, overall a nice bike...... But it has lots of room for improvement before it removes the Harley as leader of the American Tours. Victory needs to come up with some fixes for required maintenance intervals before it does that, but for a first year bike we sure can't complain too much. |

Posts: 8144 New Bohemia, VA | The Vision is rock solid where it matters the most, ride, stability, power and comfort. Victory has a winner and it has the attention of the other American motorcycle. I talked with a few <brand removed> riders this past weekend and they just can't get past the look. I feel bad for them because in their discussions about long hauls they are looking for comfort, something they don't have. My tailend loves the look from its point of view. Culturally we have grown so accustomed, no brainwashed as to how a motorcycle is suppose to look that many will remain right where they are. But there a many that have fallen in love with the look and all other aspects of the Vision that it has kicked a wedge into competition. I agree with you wjoel, the kingdom is starting to crumble to the point they'll have to wake up and take notice. |

On a long ride back from the north rim of the Grand Canyon, I got to set the cruise control at 90 and just enjoy. I'm thrilled with this bike. |

Posts: 29 Hendersonville, TN | The first time I saw a Victory Vision was at bike night about a year ago, I thought it was the strangest space age thing I've ever seen...and sure didn't think I'd ever consider purchasing one; then I started my search for a full touring bike and rented the Gold Wing, BMW, and the Ultra...then I rode the Vision and within a few miles I realized this bike has something the others do not...the "Fun Factor", this bike is really fun to ride...I now have an 09 Tour Premium and love it!! Waiting on reverse to arrive... |

Posts: 447 Northeastern Penna. | I'll add a few more upbeat notes: When I ride my Vision,it is so comfortable and fun to ride I
get this natural high.I don't want to get off.No matter which way I adjust myself on the seat,it is
so comfy.
I feel as though it looks so much better than the other bikes-particularly all the cruiser tourer
look-a-likes. I went riding with my brother the other day, he owns an 06 BMW 1200LT.
He couldn't get over the looks and features on this bike. One tremendous feature on the Vision
is the roomy floorboards. On his BMW,like the GW, his feet are resting on little pegs,at an angle
below his body. This doesn't allow you to stretch your legs. Not good ! |
