New Bohemia, VA		If it works, why mess with it. The Spirit Lake plant is very unassuming, in fact I thought it was just an outbuilding to the actual factory when I first saw it. I like the bare-bones approach, as I believe a lot of companies struggle and falter when they try to look like they are bigger than they really are. With the Spirit Lake, it's the opposite. I didn't read the entire article, but it's good they done well, especially with Victory only being in business for 17 years. While many of us recliner CEOs think they can do better, they are doing what they know is best.
