Although my profile says 2008 Victory Vision, I currently have 2013 OEM mufflers installed.  They are a little too quiet.  Is there anything or mod I can do to the 2013 OEM mufflers that would make them sound better but not obnoxious?

Lots of info on the site using the search function. There is a thread on here about drilling holes into the end of the muffler. Probably the cheapest solution. Drill as many holes as needed to get the sound you want.

Next option is witchdoctors baffled muffler, atom bombs, and a few other folks that modify stock cores you send in or are a mail in swap.

I have seen on a thread that goes back a couple years, drilling out stock muffler baffles of the Vision screws up performance. I was looking at doing the same thing but after reading that I went with Ness Big Honkers. But when you start doing mods you will have to look at getting a fuel controller, top air filter and adjustable timing wheel. It's all up to you how far you take the mods.

Vance & Hines make a pretty decent set of pipes that don't make your ears bleed. A buddy of mine has the on a CC and I followed him for 200 miles last Sunday. They bark when you want them to and are fairly quiet when you need them to be. He has Atom bombs on his 1st CCT and they are really loud compared to the V&H pipes.

I just added different ends to my exhaust and it made the pipes a little louder.

I checked out the witchdoctor baffled muscle muffler, sound clips sound great.  I may go that way.  Hopefully, not too hard to change out.

That is a good question. Looking at their website it looks like they do not. Only for the CC. I guess I had better do a little research before I suggest a product that doesn't exist.
