Posts: 447 Northeastern Penna. | I have an 08 Vision and I purchased the stock Vision passenger backrest kit several years ago. I would put it on for a few months each riding season to give the bike a different look without the trunk, but I've not done it in awhile.Do you put the riders seat back on first followed by the passenger backrest/panel or is it the opposite ?
I tried this last night, putting on the backrest/panel first and find it difficult to re engage the bottom part of the riders seat underneath, with that passenger backrest on.
Any refresher tips ? Thanks !

When installing the backrest or trunk, after installing the trunk or backrest and the panel, the seat is installed, then the panel in front of the seat is popped back on. I R&R my trunk often. Takes about 30 minutes either way. Don't forget the rear shock air pressure. |

| I also had difficulty putting the seat back on due to the slots cut in the panel for the backrest. Simple solution, had my wife press down on the top of the panel while I put the seat back on. It was that simple. Hope this helps.
