Posts: 15 South River, NJ United States | I found these LED headlight bulbs on ebay and was wondering could they work on the Vision as an alternative to HID's? "9003 H4 White Headlight High Low Beam 6500K 3200LM Cree Super Bright 40W LED Kit" $84.00 Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

| I put these CREE LED bulbs on about a year ago http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00HFK2RAE/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o...
I would recommend them and they stand behind there product.
These actually installed easier than conventional bulbs. |

Posts: 167 , OH | my question wouldn't be how close to the color/white/blue is it to the HID but how is the "THROW" of light. a stock halogen bulb throws light out so high at 25 feet with an illumination factor of ok. A properly installed HID throws 4 times the amount of light on an object at that same 25 feet and illuminates higher of the ground. So if the CREE LED only looks like the HID does when you look at it, how does it light up the ground compared to the other's. I would hate to NOT SEE CRAP until it's too late? |

Posts: 3773 Pittsburgh, PA | i have read a lot of reviews against LED bulbs in a standard light housing.. same with HID.. doesnt mean you cant do it... just means the housing wasnt designed to throw the light for those bulbs... |
