Posts: 8144 New Bohemia, VA | What is the spark plug suppose to be? The reason I'm asking I went with the NGK DCPR63 cross to a Champion Plug. Don't know what the number is right off, but I was going to install tomorrow. |

Posts: 261 Sugar Land, TX (Outside of Houston) | Got mine on Saturday. I would love to see the Victory Dealer's Face if I brought it in for warranty work to peel and stick a sticker.
The Notice says the correct plug for the 2008 is a NGK DCPR6E. I suppose it is the same for the 09

I suppose it is the same for the 09 Richard Thanks, I've never looked at the sticker to see what it says, but the NGK DCPR6E fits a lot of Harley's as well. So if you carry a set with you, then you can help a Harley dude if he has spark plug problems. It's also good to know if your Harley dealer is closer than your Victory Dealer. Also, the same with the tires for those who don't know, they're same exact tires as on the GL1800. ronayers.com has them on sale a lot and offers a low shipping price. According to Pep Boys the cross reference to Champion Copper Plus is RA8HC. |
