Shelby Twp. MI | Well I am now and offical owner....this is posted from the other VR I am on Volusia riders....
Yeahp the Harley Road glide is gone.......was a sweet azz ride every where i went i got compliments they way I did everything on setting it up.(and we all know we luv to hear about our bikes!) but around here i just wasnt getting the satisfaction from the dealers and thier service and well they are a differnet breed mechanicly and need service time to time...and the techs round here suck ......so I thought long and hard over months as to what I would get ...I mean I had the bomb.....but somthin in me just wasnt completely happy with the HD.
So I decided to move on...and well I wanted a Victory vision when I bought the HD but a 1st year bike ...I passed ..been reading alot on the Victory forum as I did on the Vol before I bought it....and yesterday I picked up my ..
09 Victory vision tour premium Black cherry !a differnt breed as the road glide it is a love it or hate it bike ....I like it...and could careless what other think of it ...I like motorcyles!!! this is awsome so far ....so many features on it electric wind shiled!....awsome no head buffeting on this ride!!! even at low....heated seats grips....ipod cotrol through the radio....so much....I am gonna stop and reply later ...thought the first pics would be better but the suck ....

Shelby Twp. MI | Well I already found some things that are not to my liking..such as the pour tape off job in some areas of the paint wear clear coat edge is seen.....the 09 ant from what I have read about the 08's sems this isnt fixed yet ... |

There's a thread in the Tech Forum on how to replace this. I paide $20 for a new antennae and mounted it underneath the dash in about 2-3 hours. All bands of the radio work just fine.
The crazy part is I use my MP-3 more than the radio anyway. My next upgrade will be to figure out how to mount a Sirius satellite radio. Sorry guys but Sirius puts XM programming to shame.
