Posts: 506 Woodland Hills, CA | My reception is sketchy, especially in the fringe areas, but otherwise works. Rarely use it though (mostly to check traffic conditions in LA, and there it seems to work, although reception is not great.......but then its AM).

Posts: 460 Centennial, CO | My AM works just fine. Well...it does to a good point. There are times where I can tell it was NOT grounded properly and I can hear the squeel of the charging system.
If you are receiving NO reception, you need to take it to your dealer and explain to them that AM radio IS for the masses and that you deserve to listen like everyone else. Ha ha!
BTW - I listen to AM radio a lot in the mornings for traffic reports and other news. On Sunday I listen to my football team.
I would say you have a severe problem with your AM antenna OR the radio itself is NOT sensitive enough OR too sensitive.
Good luck! |

Posts: 25 Aurora Colorado | My radio reception is horrible. I could get better reception from a $2.00 walkman from Wal Mart. Victory stated that they are working on a whip antenna. Bet it won't be free though. |

I installed new spark plug wires from Accel and it made a great improvement in the engine static. The static is still there but greatly reduced. http://www.noemtz.com/ignition.htm |
