Was wondering if there was a way to tell who voted what in the polls here? I did some checking and there doesn't appear to be a way.
The reason I was wondering was because I was thinking that it would be good for the admin to do a poll or two or more on information such as income, age, male/female, usually ride with or without passenger, daily commuter or weekend tourer, how many years riding and so on.
I think a properly done poll can provide a quite a bit of information that can be used for site advertisers and the like.
By properly done I mean a poll with income set every $2000.00 and not every $5000.00. Such as between $40,000.00-$42,000.00 and not $40,000-$45,000
And the same thing with age, not a five year span.
I mean if you are going to gather the information why not make it more precise overall?
I would tend to think that some of the results should be fairly interesting.
Would be somewhat more beneficial than "whats your favorite color" type poll. Not that there is anything wrong with these types of polls.

Posts: 320 Savannah, GA -Year round riding!! Yay! | The income span here is probably too wide to offer $2,000 jumps.... (Imagine how many choices there are, by 2,000, between 100,000 and 200,000 alone....)

It just goes to show, as you get older..its all about the ride and not the destination. I just realized that alot sooner and was lucky enough that Victory made a bike just for that and more. No need for polls..you can pretty much tell where people are at from reading these forums. | |
