Posts: 366 Albuquerque, NM | Is the bad display constant or is it intermittent? Does the display change with temperature or vibrations? Maybe moisture has gotten in the unit. If you've got the skills, pull it, see if it can be opened and inspected, maybe shoot some contact cleaner in it. Looks like the LCD display or LCD matrix controller in the display is bad.
Saw a phone number/company name on this site somewhere for the manufacturer. I think you can send it in for a swap and some $$ or just send it in for repair.

If it truly is defective, you can send it back to the manufacturer for repair or exchange. http://www.radiosound.com/customer_service.php $175.

Posts: 74 College Station, Tx | It has done this for about a year, I have replaced the battery and even removed the radio to see if there was an obvious burnt part on the boards and could not find anything. I will contact radiosound and see if they can fix it. Thanks guys! |
