As some of you may know, I've only had my Vision for a couple of weeks. I've limited my riding to city around the town type rides to this point, to adjust to it. Today in Las Vegas, it was a perfect day. about 90 degrees and sunny. I put on my gear and took the Vision out to the Red Rock State Park. They have a wonderful 13 mile 1-way road you can ride through some amazing scenery. Also, there's a ton of tight curves.

The ride out to Red Rock was great. Got the Vic up to about 80 on the road and finally used the highway pegs. When I arrived, I was a bit nervous, as i knew I had some tight curves ahead and I had yet to push the Vision through any tight turns. Well, after the first 2, I was in love with this bike. Wow can it handle. Also, at one of the many overlooks, i stopped to grab some water and take a break. I ended up spending about 20 minutes explaining the bike to other bikers and to tourists. This thing really grabs attention.

After completing the 13 mile circuit, I headed back to Las Vegas. I stopped by a local gas station to grab some water. I motorcycle cop walked up to me as I was getting ready to ride out. Even though I had knew I had committed no "sin", it's still a nervous moment. He asked me about 30 questions about the bike. He loved it!

Anyway, I posted a few pics in the gallery. Feel free to take a look. I'm amazed by this bike and so glad I picked it (or did it pick me??).
