Posts: 122 Westchester Co., NY | Sorry if this subject was discussed before but I didn't find anything.
I am thinking of getting a TomTom Rider GPS. I already have a Victory CB and headsets. I would like to integrate the GPS with the other stuff so that I am only using one headset. I assume that there is a hookup as there is, or once was, a Victory GPS made by Garmin. Are the connections standard so that a TomTom would hook up? Thanks |

It is designed for the Victory accessory cable for the Garmin 660. You can tap into these to use your TomTom, but there is no cable already made for it. I am not sure about newer models, but 2010 and older, it only has a mono connection. I did not buy the Victory cable for my 660 because I wanted to use the MP3 feature and have stereo, so I used the cable that came with it and plugged it into the AUX jack in the glove compartment. No, It does not cut in/out for GPS directions if I am listening to the radio, but it does when I listen to MP3s. |

| Thanks, I tried playing around with the link.
Now I can set about getting the parts on order, the Victory harness here in the uk is about $270!!
Compared to about $75 for the garmin harness and $8 for the connector.
Just got a "2011 plate" vision tour which was built in 2010 seems to take awhile to get over the pond. Not been on the road 3 years yet and just over 1000 miles on the clock.
Again thanks, there seems to be little information about when it comes to connectors etc.
