After numerous times of removing the seat off the Vision, the front retaining tabs are shot. First the tab/loop split but now they are deteriorated to the point I need to come up with a way to replace them.
I've made numerous attempts to recreate the tabs using JB Weld - metal, plastic and the latest attempt using their waterWeld. I thought the waterweld worked but alas, the tabs broke off.
Has anyone repaired the tabs on a Vision seat? Does anyone have any ideas? |

| If you have part of the tab why not put flat washer on bolt that will hold the tabs down.
you could use out door Velcro. Find where the seat touches the frame. Put some on the frame and some on the seat. Outdoor Velcro has bigger hooks and lops so it grips strong.
Keep in mind it will never fly off and i drought and one would ever grab it and run |

That wouldn't have worked for me since I have a Russell Cycle Products seat. It still uses the same OEM seat pan though. |
