Anyone know who makes the radio for Victory? Plugged my Garmin NuVi in, it worked perfect through the bikes speakers. The NuVi is so compact compared to Vision's GPS.

No verification, but in the article in American Iron written by Mike Seate he refers to the radio as manufactured by BOSE.

If I look in the 2008 accessory catalog I can make out "N)touch" as a logo on both the XM and CB/Intercom options.

I searched Google for N)touch and came up with nothing.

I got my CB Friday and haven't installed it yet.  In the fine print on it is "Designed and Manufactured by Radio Sound, Inc., Louisville, KY, USA".

Google gives this website http://www.radiosound.com/products.php

holy communications batman! CB's, intercoms? why? Like i've said before, who want to hears yakkety, yak,yak while on your ride? We have been using hand and arm signals, and it don't cost a penny. then again, thats just us cool guys without the gadget bug. Oh, and I'm real cheap too.

Lone Ranger,

Thanks for the information! I want to expand the system on my bike (when I get it) to support bluetooth (in ways it does not today) and some Amateur Radio equipment.

With tech today there is no need for wires to helmets for intercoms. It is a very old design that should never have been installed on such an modern bike.

BUCKEYE,

Everyone has their own a vision of what a perfect bike should include for communications, mine is different from yours.

God Bless

Yes, InTouch makes the CB/ XM. The AM/FM/Weather stereo has nothing to do with those. And they certainly don't make a premium stereo radio. The XM part is just a receiver, it will output to the stereo. I too seem to recall hear/reading "Bose", but I can't be sure.

If Bose made the radio, they would definately have their mark on that bike somewhere. Every vehicle Ive been in with a Bose stereo has had their badge on it where everyone could see.

The Nuvi is very nice but it is not waterproof so be careful if you wash the bike or ride in the rain.

Having been involved with Bose Corp and used their pro products in a previous life, I heartily agree. We used to joke that their tag line should be, "Better Sound Through Marketing."

The radio products used on the Vision are designed and produced by Radio Sound, Inc. under the N-TOUCH brand name.

I can't figure out what a true biker such as yourself is doing on the modern World Wide Internet.
Like don't the make books to read?

That would look like me, with sage sprinkled over my head. If my wife is in a good mood, which is doubtful, I`ll get her to take a picture.
