Sparta, WI | We purchased our Vision 7 weeks ago and the miles have melted away. It has been cool getting all the attention of riding a Vision plus having a great time riding the bike itself. I putt 2200 on my Road King this summer before trading her in so that makes 8200 so far this summer. How many do you have?
The most I ever rode in a summer before was 5500. When I had a Fat Boy after 5500 miles I would almost end up in the hospital with back spasm's by the time Autumn rolled in. The Road King was O.K. but nothing like the Vision. This Vision's biggest problem is that she wants to go the opposite direction of work. |

| I had a 96 shadow 1100 before I got the Vision in May. The max mileage I ever did in a year was 4200. After 11 years it was sold with 25000. I currently have 6020 on the vision and there is still two solid months of riding left before it gets iffy up here. At the current rate of ride ( ROR) I expect to hit 8500 to 9000 before snow hits. I love the bike as does the mrs. Winter is going to be hard with the withdrawl and all. |

Ruskin, Fl | I had 27,000 on my 2006 V-Star 1100 in a little less that three years. Had the Vision since 5/30 and have 5600. On the way to Quaqer Steak & Lube's bike night now, another 80 round trip.

San Antonio, TX United States | Most mileage in a single 12 month period was 16,000. That was on my 1998 VT750 Shadow, ACE DLX. I still have that bike and she shows 65,000. There was three years i did not ride her while buying parts from e-bay and letting my right shoulder heal and go through therapy from a hit and run. I rode her home brand new January 21, 1999. She will now go through a transformation into a raked/chopped solo chopper and massage the engine just a little bit. The Vision will probably end up with about 20,000 by August 2009 with out any problems.

Mine has a measly 2500 in 4 weeks....heck I've got to work. I do ride to work everyday.
Coming up is the time of year I REALLY love to ride in Texas. Winter!
Our summer is pretty ugly when it comes to riding but I'll take a 50-70 degree ride all day long, over 107 degrees. |

and still managed to sit out 8 weeks with broken bones from an idiot who turned out in front of me
causing broken bones and mayhem....
3 trips planned before end of sept should be another 3k |

Had it for one year and just got back from Texas after riding over 3,600 miles over a period of 8 days. Of course it sat for 3 of those days while I visited with my son and family. |

working hard just trying to keep afloat in this wonderful business climate.
also spending more time on VMC as I hang out and travel with many NON Vision riders.
BTW who is changing their drive belt at 30K because the book says to do it?
also by 30K your fork oil should have been changed twice....
