Posts: 53 Shelbyville, IL United States | Changed mufflers on my Vision monday. Now I have a leak where the rear header crossover pipe connects to to the front header pipe. I loosened it up per the service manual when taking off mufflers. I have tightened the heck out of it and it will not seal. Any ideas ? Am I going to have to take the muflers back off and readjust it to get it to quit leaking ? |

| If it does not seal and the clap is as tight as you can get it.
Pull it a part and with a hacksaw put some crosshatch cuts in pipe put back togethere and re tighten you should be good |
