| Hi All
I recently decided to install the 660 Zumo GPS on my 2013 VV and had gone ahead and ordered the GPS Mount (part # 2875742) and the GPS audio integration harness (part # 2878028). I ordered the Zumo 660 GPS from the local GPS dealer as it was about $350 dollars cheaper than at the victory dealer, and thought I had all I needed to get the job done.
I went to the dealer today to see if the mount and harness were in and was told that the mount was in but the harness has not yet shown up. Now the quirky thing is that I had expected that Part # 287542 was only the aluminium block that sits atop the console, while Part # 2878028 was the GPS mount and the harness, however, upon picking it up noted that the package not only included the aluminium block mount but also a version of the GPS mount and a harness. The package slip suggests that the part number was for a complete GPS mount kit for the VV, but the harness kit is not what I had expected and looks different that what is presented in the parts catalog, especially the harness end that attaches to the GPS mount.
I attached a couple pictures and if anyone knows what I am missing here, please drop me a response.
Thanks
Jacob

| Further to my previous post. Does anyone recognize the GPS Mount pictured in the previous post. It does appear to be for the VV and the plug does look like it would fit into the main harness, however, is it for the 660 Zumo? The back of the 660 Zumo appears to differ from the plug on the short harness provided. |

Posts: 38 manitoba canada | what you have is the mount for the old victory tour tec gps or the garmin 2820 samething. I am not sure if the 660 mount will fit on that alum. block or if you get a alum block with 660 mount 2878028 |

| Thanks mkj022. It is indeed for the old 2820 NUVI and is useless with respect to mounting the 660. Both the block and the harness are not for the 660. Another $175 a piece for each of the block and the harness to get the 660 mounted.
A little peeved at the dealer for its lack of knowledge on the topic and the obvious rip for a $10 hunk of aluminium, not to mention that I can not do anything with the obsolete kit, but at least I did not get sucked into $999 Canadian for the GPS. I bought the exact same thing from GPS Central for $575.
