| Hello brand new here and looking to purchase a 2010 XC with $4000 worth of Engine Mods, which is a nice bonus! I would never drop that myself on a bike so the idea of getting it on a bike already done I love! the bike is priced right with depreciation of 4 years
My dilemma is I can get a 2013 demo unit with 500 miles for $13500! which from what I've seen is a good buy yes??
So my main question is were there substantial factory improvements from 2010 to 2013 that I should consider to sway me to buy the stock newer bike and at most I would put slip-on's on it.
I did read somewhere that Victory did a big change on the Tranny in 2011, can anyone comment on that who owns a 2010 or 2011?
Thanks Everyone Rick |

The Cross Country is not a Vision although some people prefer them. On a side note, it is almost impossible to do $4000 of real engine improvements on a Victory although you could spend that much if you just didn't understand where to start.

Posts: 3773 Pittsburgh, PA | i have owned a 08 vision and i own a 11 vision. i really prefer the 11 due to the transmission upgrades!! as far as the XC with 4G's of engine mods.. do you have any info on WHO did the work to the motor? i say that for the sake of reliability... and if you started to have any issues with the xc due to those mods, would you have the help you would need? |

| $4000 worth of Engine Mods is that what the dealer is telling you or the guy thats selling it.
To spend that much on a motor it would have to be a stroker motor. Cams air filter fuel controller and air filter is less then $2000
think some one is BSing you. If your buying from dealer ask for the name of who owned it before you. Call him. If he says he can't give it to you run run |
