I bought my 09 tour prem. used. it has chrome rims. I rarely [if at all] se any other vision with chrome wheels. Are they an add on or did some come from factory with chrome rims?

in 2009, the premium came with chrome wheels from the factory.

Edmonton, AB Canada		My 2010 Premium has chrome rims. Although I rarely clean the back one so it never looks like it.
