Posts: 38 LaFayette, GA United States | Hello everyone,
I'm new to this forum, and Victory, and wanted to start a new thread of motorcycles we have owned, or still have. It would be great to see some of the bikes you've had in your garage. One thing I've noticed is that all motorcycles are the same and all motorcycles are different. I will stop and look at every bike I see because you just never know what you'll see.
I only have a picture of one of my past bikes. It's a 2003 Kawasaki 1600 Vulcan Classic. I bought it new in June, 2004 and crashed it in September, 2013 with 86K on the meter. If my other computer can be saved, I'll have som pix of my Nighthawk.
Past Bikes: 1986 Honda 700S Nighthawk, 1978 BMW 90R with Velorex sidecar, 1976 Honda 750 SS, and 2 1967 Honda 305 Super Sports.
I currently ride a SWEET 2012 Victory XR, and a custom 2005 Suzuki S 50.
Hopt to see your bike here soon.

Posts: 115 Katy, TX United States | I had a 1985 Honda Nighthawk 700S, blue & black version. It was a great bike for its time. Before that I had a 1975 Honda CB550 that needed contant work. Last summer I traded in my 2003 Honda ST1300A for my 2013 VV.

Posts: 482 Beer Collins, Colorado (there is no fort) | I learned a long time ago from doing my own maintenance-I have to have a second/back up bike. Mine's a 1999 V92C that I've had for going on 15 years-now a solo with Andrews cams, high compression pistons, PMRT chip & years of little tweaks & upgrades- it's a blast to ride & really doesn't cost much to keep around.

Posts: 49 Madison/Huntsville, AL | When I was kid i rode all kinds of stuff that my uncle was always trading for. He was a wheeler dealer type; bushhog one day, camper the next, motorcyle the next. The biggest thing I rode then was a Honda 250 (I guess it was a Shadow if they made them in the late 70's early 80's). He had a 50cc M50 harley for a while that was very interesting. The attached photos are all googled photos, but they match the bikes... M50 Harley
Then I bought a late 80s Honda VF-750 Magna in the mid 90s. Bought it on a lark because it looked cool on the side of the road with a for sale sign on it. Rode it a couple of years/couple of thusand miles, then decided I needed to sell it before I died on it. Never occured to me to just ride safer
Then about 2003-2004 I was a big boy, had afew coins in my pocket, and decided what any man should decide (so I thought) - it was time to buy me a Harley. Before I invested large money I opted to buy something inexpensive to make sure I really wanted to get into riding. So I got a used Suzuki Marauder and rode it for about a year...
It was fun and I was serious about it, so I set out to get my Harley. Came home with a Vegas a couple of weeks later. Today I ride a Victory and my other bike is a Victory. Not sure which is which. |

Glendale, AZ United States | A little something you don't see every day and this bike holds a special place in my heart for me. The Czech JAWA ESO 500cc racer back from a time JAWA cleaned house on the speedway tracks overseas, but this is not a speedway bike of course for you speedway fans or am I the only one? Unique sounding bike. Belonged to my father who is no longer with us who loved the old JAWAs and CZs. Nothing like the smell of methanol at the speedway track in the Czech Republic, where I used to go as a child with my father who turned me on to motorcycling. I keep the ol gal around for sentiments of course.
You also gotta love the sound of the old CZ motocross bikes and veteran motocross bikes in general. Here is a little youtube video I came across in my nostalgic mood. Turn up the volume on this one. Love You Pop!

Most Excellent! The Honda CB360T's and the CB750's were always my most favorite, back in the day. Beautiful pic of that bike. I feel your anguish over missing it. |
