Best if the Season to All.

Just had a rather sobering experience while buying an HID replaxement bulb (which is rather interesting since its bee awhile since the last time that I had a drink... LOL!!)...

Even the guy behind the counter told me the coat of one sinfle light bulb is $380... to say the least I was more than a little shocked...

Does anyone know of a less expensive alternative?

Thanks...

The OEM replacement bulb for the Victory HID cyclops headlight is expensive.
I've seen it in the low $200's (used) and as expensive as slightly over $300.
It is surprising that you would need a replacement as they should last as long as the motorcycle.

Did your bulb go out of the Vision? Anybody else had to replace the bulbs? I'm just curious. I would venture to say the Vision has one of the "best" stock headlights out of any production motorcycle to date. My brother rides the road glide and even with the dual headlight shark fairing he falls short compared to mine. I ride a lot at night and haven't had any issues at all with regard to visibility with the stock headlight, but would most likely replace with HID if it were to go out. Southern California moto gear has a HID plug and play setup, but I'm not sure if they have an application for the Victory. Only one way to find out. Give them a call. The link is below. Cheers, Vlad.
