I need to replace my lowers and wanted to use the Cycleops aluminum ones. Are they shipping orders now. I had heard that they were experiencing some issues recently and dont want to place an order that wont be filled.

Thanks.

Just a dumb question and I didn't bother going through all the posts, but I would like the color matched lowers through Cycleops, but they don't come with the hardware. Anybody know where I can purchase the hardware only since I think the stock clear plastic looks flimsy at best. Thanks.

You have to buy the lowers from Victory to get the hardware. The aftermarket guys have already been asked about this and they said that they could not duplicate the hardware any cheaper, or even for the same price, than what Victory sells it for.

The stock clear plastic is somewhat flimsy, but I've had mine on for nearly 5 years and they haven't broken yet, but since they are plastic, I'm careful with them. If they ever do break, I'll replace them with some of Cycleops'.

Some folks have painted their plastic ones to match the body color.
