If a saw a one model year old bike, that was unregistered, for $4500 off MSRP, I think I would go for it. Unregistered is important because the warranty starts when the bike is registered. A demo is not a new bike if that is what you are looking at.

I found my brand new 2013 in black listed on Cycle Trader. It was at a dealer 450 miles away but worth it. Listed at $15,999 minus the $1,000 military salute discount, so $14,999.

So, $16,500 is a good price as well !

Don, I'm curious what you've done to your bike and if you could share dyne results. at the end of the day and with your number of years on 2 wheels you would agree that it comes down to the rider
