W'ford Tx | So I ordered an item tonight off of the witch doctors website and was unable to select the 2-3 day shipping which wasn't very much more then the standard shipping cost. I put it in the comments at check out not trying to be snobby but more so pointing out that I wasn't able to select the shipping I wanted. I got a personal email from him moments later saying he was going to upgrade my shipping at no extra charge. Also Jon posted a happy birthday message on my facebook to help me celebrate my birthday. This was before I bought ANYTHING from him. Blown away by the customer service and the "small things" he's done. Impressed me fo' sho' and he's got my return business. |
