i found these on an older post have a question, anyone who might have them or have heard about them do they interfere with the bike in corners running through the twisties and can you still add the chrome cover to the tip over

Posts: 249 Phenix City AL. | For the normal rider ( this is subjective LOL) that set up is fine, if you really get after it you will drag those long horn mounts in a hurry, they will limit the cornering angle by quite a bit, but if you are not that aggressive they will do fine. |

Posts: 466 Grand Cane, LA | I have those same mounts but used the original pegs from the under the floorboard mounts. I have yet to drag the pegs but I can still drag the floorboards. |

Posts: 115 Katy, TX United States | The pegs will not hit the ground. The floorboard hits, then if you are more aggressive, you will be hitting the tip over protectors. |

I can stretch out as I'm 6'4" too.
I tried to get them to touch the road and can't get any closer than maybe 6" from the ground, very nice and safe pegs.......they're out of the way of your feet when putting your foot on the ground too not like the ones that go under your floor boards. I had them and almost dropped my bike when trying to put my foot down. I took them off after the first mistake, scaried the crap out of me.

Posts: 880 Orlando, FL | jb hatch pegs are similar but less expensive and much better. And you can put whatever "peg" you want on the mount. I wouldn't have anything else on my ride but JB's peg mounts. |
