Posts: 115 Katy, TX United States | I've had my 2013 VV for ~6 weeks and 2k miles. The more I ride it the more I like it. It is the first new bike I ever owned (4 others were used). The wife is comfortable (not so on the 2003 Honda 1300ST I traded in). I am way more comfortable than on the ST, especially on long rides. Yesterday was my first "long ride" (250 miles) on the Vision. I only stopped because I had to change from sun glasses to clear glasses at dark. With the back rest, I could doze off, if it was not so much fun.
Coming from a sport-touring bike, I was a little concerned about handling through the curves, but WOW it does great in the curves. Taking recommended 45 mph curve at 70 = no problem.
I made a mistake and added two chrome pieces. I say mistake because, now I want more chrome and stuff. |

| Welcome to the Vision. There are a couple of Victory specific groups in the Houston area. Bayou City Victory Riders and Lone Star Victory Riders. Check them out on Facebook if you do that sort of thing. |

| If you want to feel more power and smoothness buy Lloydz timing wheel. Its $162 take about twenty min to do. It is great and you'll be at 70mph befor you know it.

Posts: 74 Republic of Texas | Welcome,
I am an hour south of you in Freeport. Often, I ride west to Wharton then to Richmond/Rosenberg. Or Katy to BCS for a Saturday ride.
250 mi is just about right.
