Have a 08 with sinteard pads with 8 thousand on them and there just about shot.

What would be better and stop as good. $88 bucks is a lot for ever year

My OEM pads squeaked and that drives me nuts. I replaced them and had around 50,000 miles on the EBC pads that Kyle felt needed changing before I left for Sturgis.
Also remember it is VERY important to break new pads in properly. Follow the directions. You can read up on it in places on the net but I usually follow the racing experts advice.
Also pads are directly effected by your riding/driving style. I like to let mine cool except in emergencies. Don't pump them but apply them in stages. You see a redlight or a cars brake lights up ahead you apply, release, let them cool and then repeat.
